How long will it take to process my order?

Orders placed before 11am PST are processed the same business day. If you place an order over the weekend, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Please note there may be additional processing delays of about 3-5 business days during sale or holiday periods.

When will my order ship?

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after processing.

How much does it cost to ship to a US address?

Free shipping fee applies to all orders delivered to a US address and are sent via USPS Ground Advantage.  Priority shipping is available to US addresses for $12.95. 

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore 

International shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Are tax and duties included?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Personaluxe Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We are unable to provide a reimbursement of your order due to refusal in paying required taxes. Please check with your local postal or customs office for more information. 

What if my order is shipped to the wrong address?

Please enter the correct shipping address upon checkout. Once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If you realize you've made a shipping address error, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@personaluxeco.com and if your package has not yet shipped, we may be able to assist with your request.
